Edifício de Habitação Coletiva, Porto

Da união de dois lotes estreito e de forma irregular, foi possível a criação de um edifício com 8 apartamentos T1 com áreas generosas. Neste projeto fizemos todo o processo de licenciamento, execução e acompanhamento de obra. Inserido num quarteirão com requisitos de manutenção do desenho e alinhamentos do conjunto edificado, o edifício materializa a inserção urbana conjugando linhas e proporções.

Foi mantida a fachada do edifício característico do conjunto edificado, que constitui a base de desenho do restante volume.

O nosso trabalho consistiu em simplificar as linhas existentes, dando ao edifício uma nova linguagem contemporânea mantendo as proporções dos vãos da fachada dos edifícios do secular XIX.

A entrada é feita de forma central, permitindo ter 2 apartamentos por piso, incluindo no rés-do-chão.

Colective Housing Building, Porto

By combining two narrow, irregularly shaped lots, it was possible to create a building with eight generously sized one-bedroom apartments. We handled the entire licensing process, detailing and construction monitoring for this project. Located on a block with strict alignment rules, the building embodies the urban setting, combining lines and proportions.

The building’s characteristic façade, which forms the basis for the design of the rest of the building, was maintained.

Our work consisted of simplifying the existing lines, giving the building a new contemporary language while maintaining the proportions of the facade openings of the 19th-century buildings.

The entrance is central, allowing for two apartments per floor, including on the ground floor.
